The Lagos Promise: four days to Dr. Hamzat's manifesto presentation

"The countdown is on! Just 4 days to go!" the campaign's message reads. Dr. Kadri Obafemi Hamzat will present his manifesto, The Lagos Promise (Ìlérí Èkó), to Lagosians on Friday 30 October 2026 at the Main Dome, National Theatre, Lagos. His message, in the campaign's words: "Hold me accountable for every promise I make. If I fail to deliver on what I have promised, you have every right to demand answers." In the video, he says of the manifesto that it is "to make sure that Lagosians can track what we say."
