Senator Musiliu Obanikoro announces the launch of Dr. Hamzat's manifesto

Frank Talk Now reports that Senator Musiliu Obanikoro, Director General of the PBAT-KOH Campaign Council, has announced the launch of the manifesto of Dr. Kadri Obafemi Hamzat, the APC candidate for Governor of Lagos State. He made the announcement on 25 October 2026 at a press conference at the PBAT-KOH Campaign Office in GRA, Ikeja. The manifesto presentation, The Lagos Promise (Ìlérí Èkó), will hold on Friday 30 October 2026 at the Main Dome, National Theatre, Lagos. The manifesto's theme is "LAGOS WORKS: Consolidating Progress, Securing the Future." Senator Obanikoro said it rests on six pillars, the KOH Agenda: Knowledge Economy and Human Capital; Optimized Infrastructure and Mobility; Health, Environment and Social Protection; Accountability and Security; Growth and Economic Inclusion; and Energy and Sustainable Lagos. He said it came out of consultations across the state's 57 Local Governments and Local Council Development Areas, and he invited Lagosians to the launch. "Lagos must not go backwards. Lagos must move forward," he said.
